Central Vault Manager Job Description


The Central Vault Manager is responsible for the administration and daily operation of the Bank’s central vault in a safe and secure manner in accordance with the Bank’s objectives, policies, procedures and processes. Manages, coordinates and oversees the central distribution, collection, and transfer of currency, coin, and other negotiable monetary instruments for the Bank and its customers. Assists in the development of new deposit business with relationship officers; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and department service goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to department personnel.
