Lending is complicated. So, understanding the process from perfection to collection is important. By gaining an understanding of the entire process both banks and their lenders can work to prevent potential problems. A solid lending practice requires knowledge and an understanding of how to manage the lending process and the bank's borrower even after the loan has closed. It is a trap for the unwary to think that even the most basic lending transactions are not wrought with pitfalls. This "must attend" session will overview and explain the entire lending process, from perfection to collection, as well as the proposed amendments to Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, and allow for an opportunity to have some of your bank's lending questions answered by the speaker.

  • Proper loan documentation
  • Perfection of security interests
  • Monitoring your borrower
  • Workouts
  • Bankruptcy update
  • Highlights from the proposed amendments to the Uniform Commercial Code
This session is a cost-effective way to learn or review the lending process from start to finish. You may train as many individuals as you like for one set price. There will be no travel costs, time lost from work and no one will be required to leave the institution.

This informative session is useful for loan officers, loan operations personnel, credit administration personnel, and bank officers.
