The 2006 Joint Interagency Guidance on CRE Concentrations is still widely cited in regulatory enforcement actions. In addition, the OCC issued additional Guidance in October 2012 on Stress Testing.

The Top-Down approach is a start but where do you go from there? How does your bank perform a Bottom-Up approach? Then what exactly do you do with the results?

This fast-paced two hour webinar will walk you through the Bottom Up approach. You will learn what data is required to perform the test but you will also learn how to estimate and calculate certain fields that are needed to perform the analysis. Once the data is tabulated you will learn how to apply the results in many areas of risk management, including: capital and strategic planning; budget analysis; underwriting new loans; concentration management; as well as individual lending decisions.
