If you were to look at just the bare bones language in the three sections of Regulation Z that house the Integrated Disclosure rules, you might conclude it's no big deal. But you know better. You understand that the CFPB's Compliance Guide merely provides a summary - not a comprehensive roadmap for getting the job done. The CFPB itself talks about the fact that the "guide summarizes the TILA-RESPA rule, but it is not a substitute for the rule. Only the rule and its Official Interpretations (also known as commentary) can provide complete and definitive information regarding its requirements."

"The devil is in the details," as they say, and the Commentary and the forms have hundreds of details and nuances that must be assimilated and understood. Achieving a full understanding is just step one, however. From there, the "If, then…" analysis begins. You must go beyond what the regulation and commentary say and move to the point where you fully grasp the implications for your institution, its products, its procedures.

Mary Beth and Jack will guide you through 50 key considerations that you need to think about and work through in order to approach the August 1, 2015 TRID deadline with complete confidence. Sit back and listen for two quick hours as these gurus tick through a TRID checkup. At the end, you will either have a to-do list or a feeling of relief that all is well and you've got it covered.
