Predatory Lending is a top concern, but there are no clear definitions of this problem. Instead, we know it when we see it — after the fact and after the harm is done. Whatever the reason, loan officers need to understand how to recognize when they are taking unfair advantage of a customer or simply not giving the customer the best service. This program is packed with scenes showing how to treat customers the wrong way and the right way. It also illustrates the many situations in which predatory lending can occur and the ways in which a loan officer can be deceptive in communicating with the customer.
