The Chief Information Technology Officer is responsible for being the focal point for information protection standards established by the Technology Committee of the Bank, and is responsible for the implementation of procedures relating to the Bank’s Information Security Program. The position is responsible and held accountable for the development and implementation of the IT strategy to support the Bank’s business strategy in line with its risk appetite assigned by the Board of Directors. Plans, organizes, and controls the Bank’s day-to-day information technology resource activities; ensures the Bank's information technology activities are secure and stable, used to help maximize profits commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public. The position of Chief Information Technology Officer assists in attaining established Bank operational and financial goals. Performs supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of the department.
