The Audit Officer is responsible for implementing audit directives approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, oversees audit operations of the Bank, and provides leadership and direction in communicating and monitoring audit policies, procedures, practices, programs, and processes. Ensures that members of the audit staff have the necessary experience, education, training, and skills to properly conduct assigned activities. Conducts control risk assessments, audit plans, audit programs, and audit reports in managing the internal audit function. Performs supervisory duties of department staff, coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of the department.
