Some of the products available through the Banker Store are developed and supplied directly from BankersOnline, while others come from third-party providers. As a result, the billing, shipping, and return policies vary from one product to another. For example, the forms, job descriptions and policies offered in the store are supplied by and are delivered over the Internet. does not offer refunds due to the nature of its products that are easily copied, but in order to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction, the company states that if the customer feels that any of its products do not meet the customer’s needs they will exchange the product in question with another of equal or lesser value on a case-by-case basis.

Domestic Financial Institution Clients:
You will be billed for the total amount of your order at the time services are rendered. We do not charge for shipping and handling, and all taxes are included in the list price. Invoices submitted by are due and payable within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of issue. A 20% late fee will be automatically assessed to all unpaid invoices after the due date.

International or Non-Financial Institution Clients:
Orders placed by international or non-financial institution business clients must be pre-paid via credit card. Our recommended method of shipping is via e-mail attachment. Orders requiring express mail courier delivery will incur an additional charge as quoted by UPS or FedEx.

Return Policy: does not offer refunds due to the nature of our products that are easily copied. However, if you feel that any of our products do not meet your needs we will exchange the product in question with another of equal or lesser value on a case by case basis. Simply put - we want to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Financial Consultants uses the USPS priority mail service. I ship the same day the order is received. The typical order weighs less than 2 lbs, which makes the total costs @ $3.85 plus $2.00 handling. Because our product is pre-employment screening there is no return policy, however, in stress situations we will accept a return with a 25% restock charge.

We do not have a formal policy on returns. It is done on a case-by-case basis. I ship UPS for the tracking capabilities, this however always requires a street address. Weight depends on the order. The minimum weight for UPS is one pound.

Usually shipping is done by UPS. All shipping is additional and is billed accordingly. Returns are not provided for by the nature of our business. A sample of the product and imprinting is provided to the customer upon request. Items are custom printed and therefore cannot be returned. We do however guarantee the quality of our work and if a product does not match the promised outcome, we will accept responsibility for it. If this occurs, the customer should contact us immediately. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance.

Anything that we sell has a money back guarantee. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We do not pay shipping on returned products. We use UPS ground and in almost all cases charge a flat $5.00 shipping charge, unless it significantly exceeds that. We also must charge a 5% sales tax to all Massachusetts orders.
